A Queen is proud of herself. She respects herself and others.
She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition from
the person she is with, or does she expect them to
read her mind. She is quite capable of
articulating her needs.
A Queen is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all her

The first time I got my belly pierced...
The first time I got my belly pierced I did it myself, I was so scared because I thought I was going to do something wrong and I was so nervous but I did it, I was 15 in a half, I took a needle and tried to stick it through my stomach but it hurt too much so I just went to the kitchen and got some ice and I numbed it a little so it would hurt less and I just did it and I was so happy but then I had to hide it from my mom for like two days and then she noticed that I was acting weird s she noticed and she pulled up my shirt and saw what I did and she got mad so she told me to take it off and I did, I wanted to keep it on but I couldn't so I begged her to take me to get it re pierced on my 16th birthday and she agreed to and she took me. When we got to the place I was scared but ready to get it done. Then he took the needle and stuck it right through, I don't know why it didn't hurt the second time but it hurt the first time, the heeling process was a pain but I'm so happy it's about to make 2 years with it pierced and I don't have to worry about it heeling anymore.

Cutting my hair..
I had cut my hair like 2 months ago
and I kind of regret doing it just because I'm not used to having short hair so
it's taking time for me to actually start getting used to it. I cut it because
I was tired of my hair and I wanted to change it up a bit so I cut it
myself. I was actually shocked of how short my hair actually came out to be and
scared of what my mom was going to say, one of the reasons also why I cut it
was because my ends were really bad and needed to be cut but if I went to a
salon to cut it they would actually have cut it shorter than I cut it so I just
thought to myself "why not do it yourself" so I went to the bathroom
and looked in the mirror and I took some scissors and I just did it. When I was
all done cutting my hair I was shocked and went to my mom and said "Hey
mom look what I did" when she looked at me there was nothing but a
surprise look on her face, I think she was more shock than I was. Then she
asked me why I did it and I explained why. She started laughing and said
"You're crazy" and I said "I know" and I walked away,
everybody was shocked when they saw how short my hair was, but 1 month after I
then realized "Prom is coming up!" I started to go crazy because I
started to think about how I was going to my hairstyle for prom, so I went on
Google and started searching up dos for short hair and seeing so
many nice hairstyles gave me a little confidence so I picked one and when I
went to do my hair the lady said "your hair is so short" but she said
she could work something out so I relaxed a little but she also said that the
hairstyle wasn't going to come out the same way the picture shows it but I said
that I don't care as long as it looks nice after. When she finished doing my
hair I looked at it and I fell in love, she did a miracle on my hair because I
actually thought it was going to come out looking horrible. I was happy. Now I just
want my hair to grow back fast because I love having long hair and I told
myself I would never cut my hair ever again.

Prom Night 2014

This had to be one of the best
nights of my high school career, I had so much fun with my friends and my
boyfriend at prom. It was such an amazing night, getting a chance to share a
special moment with special people in my life. I was really nervous because I
thought that nothing was going to come out the same way I wanted it to be, and
it was sort of like that because I had a little situation with the car and how
we were getting there, I wanted to rent a car that day and when I went to the
car rental place they said I had to make a deposit of $200 and I didn't know
that so I couldn't rent it so instead what I did was that I washed my mom’s car
and I just used that one instead, besides that little misunderstanding my night
was amazing. It was a special moment for me and my boyfriend because that was
the first time that we ever went out so fancy and dressed up, it was exciting
especially for me, I honestly wish we can go back to this night and just relive
it. We will have more nights similar to this because for my 18th birthday I want
to go out to a fancy dinner and then after go to the beach at night and watch
the sun set, it will be a beautiful night. I'm really excited for the summer
and spending it with friends and family and my boyfriend, it'll be lots of fun
I know it.

This right here are my two cousins,
Yordy is the one on the left, his sister Yordiana the one on the middle which
turns 18 today May 1st, and of course me the one on the right. Yordy
practically raised me and was always by my side, I thank god that I still have
him in my life and I didn't lose him to the streets of New York because when we
used to live in New York he would love being in the street and be in gangs and
sell drugs but not anymore he left that life because he knows that his life and
his family are more important than anything else. So now he lives here with us
in Rhode Island and I'm glad he chose a better lifestyle not only for him but
for his 2 kids he is fighting for. Every time I see him I get happy and glad
he's still with us, I wouldn't know what I would do if I lost my cousin. Also
his sister Yordiana, our moms raised us together and when I say together I mean
attached to the hip, we would basically live together. I love my two cousins
they mean so much to me and I'm so thankful for them. Yordy is like a second
father to me, he always gives me advice when I need it and when I don't but it
always comes in handy. It has been a true journey growing up with these two and
I'm looking forward to seeing how far our family goes.
